1. Begin the journey
Bespoke and custom design
Every aspect of our well thought-out and exquisitely engineered rings within the Vow Collection can be adjusted for a custom result- we call this Bespoke because it is crafted with only you in mind. Bespoke options for personalization are almost limitless: we will guide you through options for modifying stones, metals, band style, all the way down to the nuanced accent details. We also take on a limited number of one-of-a-kind custom designs each year.
2. Hone your vision
Gather inspiration
Before your consultation, spend a little time with your muses. Explore textures, colors, shapes, numbers, and places that are significant to your story. You can even incorporate heirloom materials.
Consider creating a vision board with your favorite designs from our Vow Collection, exploring our Instagram, and drawing upon any other visual inspirations from your life.
3. Consult & Design
Work directly with the artist
Once you have gathered your inspiration we will consult and assist you in discovering themes, drawing connections, and ultimately defining your final concept. We'll balance this vision with expert insight on tailoring the design to fit your lifestyle so it is designed to last.
This stage can be done in person at our Sebastopol showroom or virtually by phone and high quality video accompaniment.
4. Mindful sourcing & production

Goldsmith and founder, Kate Ellen, and her team craft all projects in the Sebastopol studio. She has mastered sourcing the finest raw materials from responsible and ethical partners which frees her to put all her attention in design.
Calling upon a decade of experience, she blends a legacy of traditional techniques with modern tools to create heirlooms of the highest quality, built to stand the test of time in both aesthetic and construction.
5. Completion
Meet your heirloom
The journey comes to completion when we pass the ring to you.
Keep your ring safeguarded with the protection of our lifetime warranty, optional insurance, and detailed information about caring for your design. As a member of our Crown Nine Circle, you will automatically receive reminders for complimentary routine maintenance and cleanings to keep your piece looking as beautiful as the day you bring it home.
